Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a flat rate fee of £5. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

EU Shipping We ship to all EU member states. Delivery is generally 6-9 business days and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders over €50 are free. Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

US & Worldwide Shipping We ship to most countries. Delivery is generally 10-15 business days but can vary. Delivery costs will vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Orders over $100 or £150 (outside of the US) are free. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Please allow extra time for delivery times during busy periods such as Christmas.
