What printing technologies are used in your products?

We primarily use Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. This produces a high quality print and is generally more hard-wearing than screen printing, which is likely the technique most people are familiar with. Screen printing (or, silk screen printing) is a method where the design is printed directly onto the garment producing the characteristic 'glossy' look. DTG is a method where the ink of the design is 'mixed' with the fabric itself resulting in a design that's soft to the touch.

For our caps, we exclusively use embroidery.

Do you offer discounts to military/emergency workers?

Short answer, yes. Long answer is that we're currently trialing partners and providers, but due to high fees we have not selected any yet. The easiest thing to do it get in touch and we'll help you out with a unique discount code.

Do you offer discounts to members of car clubs?

Of course! We wouldn't be much of a company aimed at car enthusiasts if we didn't, would we?

Get in touch and we can sort out a discount code. There are a few ways we can verify your membership so best place to start is firing us a message/email.

I made a mistake on my order, what do I do?

Get in touch as soon as possible so we can try fix the issue before the product leaves the warehouse.

What if there's an issue with my item?

We're an online-only company, and we know the limitations this has. If there's a sizing issue then we can try help you out in-line with our returns policy.

If your item was damaged, you received the wrong item, or something is not quite right then simply get in touch and we'll rectify the issue. This may be a refund, or a replacement.
